Tenderstar are manufactured in Belgium by Paulus Stuart, they produce a good variety of different machines used in the food industry. Meat tenderisers are their speciality, starting with simple manual meat tenderiser to full automatic tenderisers. They also produce a large 52 sized meat mincer capable of mincing product which is as low as -15C at 4.5mm. Tenderstar now also have a manual tenderising meat press for the manufacture of schnitzels.
