The Hoonved range of utensil washer is made to work in an industrial environment and could not be easier to clean down at the end of the days work. The Hoonved utensil washer has a split door mechanism to enable the perfect loading height of 900mm, giving the utensil washer excellent accessibility to the pan washer interior to remove wash/rinse arms, tank and suction pump filter. The Hoonved range of utensil washer are double panelled in 3mm thick satin finished stainless steel making the pan washer solid and reliable. Any Hoonved utensil washer has an interior cleaning chamber which has rounded corners to prevent dirt traps. The utensil washer control keyboard and display is completely flat guaranteeing maximum hygiene.
All the Hoonved HD model utensil washer are fitted with the latest safety technology with their digital display advising of correct pan washer functionality of the cycle, temperatures and tank filling. The utensil washer is also fitted with a low voltage electronic control (12V) to minimize danger during maintenance and repair work. The utensil washer keyboard and display panel are splash proof with IP67 protection levels, and the utensil washer is fitted with a micro switch in case of accidental door opening during a cycle. The utensil washer electronic control can be used to program different wash cycle phases, temperatures and times. The utensil washer operation can be selected via the start button or by closing the pan washer door in the case of intensive usage. The utensil washer also has its own self cleaning function, and all the filtering surfaces can be removed easily. The Hoonved utensil washer is compliant with HACCP regulations assured by the means of the Hoonved Dishwash Monitoring System (HDMS), which can be installed in the following three versions:
