Superior Food Machinery sell two main types of butchers twine.
One butchers twine is the Elastomer elastic and to be used directy with the Weinert TGM350 stringing machine. This butchers twine has approx 1200m/kg (900m per cone) of string per cone and each cone is individually wrapped to help increase hygiene levels. This is suited to the earlier version of the machine where the serial number of the machine does not have a "T"
For newer versions of the Weinert TGM350 stringing machine, we offer a thnner version of the elastic. This version has approximatley 2200m/kg (1600m per cone) and comes individually wrapped
