The no.22 mincer blade we sell on our website are for the mincing of fresh meat, if you require special mincer blades for the mincing of tempered / frozen meat then please contact our spares department for a quote.
The no.22 mincer blade has a diameter of approx 72mm, this is measured from the tip of one mincer blade arm to the tip of the opposite mincer blade arm. The square central cut out where the mincer blade fits onto the plate stud is approx 13mm by 13mm.
