The FS-19 slicer comes with a variety of different sized blade set from 4-18mm and can be double stacked. The high speed circular blades prvide an extremely smooth cutting process at speeds of up to 1500kg per hour. Alternatively KT produce the KT-PK tenderiser which can come with a strip cutter attachement.
