The Omega S5 bacon slicer has been manufactured for the sole purpose of cutting bacon. The bacon slicer is made from anodized aluminium alloy and has a rounded design for ease of cleaning. The Omega S5 bacon slicer comes with a built in blade sharpening unit that is extremely easy to use and a blade extraction kit to help safely remove the blade for cleaning.
The Omega S5 bacon slicer has a 0.5HP motor which drives the 350mm diameter blade, with the slice thickness being adjustable between 0-15mm. The bacon slicer blade is driven by a poly V belt system. The product support carriage unit is fully removable from the machines body for ease of cleaning.
Using the Omega S5 bacon slicer couldn't be easier, simply put the bacon on the support carriage lock in the product arm, set the thickness you require then slide the product forward and backwards.
