The REX RVF 420 vacuum filler has exactly the same body as the RVF436S vacuum filler, but the drive system is different. The REX RVF420 vacuum filler is perfect for a customer who is currently working with a poly clip clipper or alternative brand clipping machine.
The REX RVF420 vacuum filler has slightly less throughput than the RVF436S, but still comes with an integrated hoist to lift 200 litre toten bins straight into the 250 litre hopper.
The vacuum filler doesn't come with a rotating holding device for twist linking sausages, so if you need that as well as portioning then you will need to look at the RVF436s model vacuum filler.
The REX RVF420 vacuum filler is part of REX's 400 series, this is suitable for the smaller or medium sized meat-processing or plant-based processing operations as well as for larger, highly specialised companies. The vacuum filler has a reinforced large feed-cell system that guarantees exact portioning accuracy for a maxiumum service life.
A touch screen control panel which is easy to operate, is suitable for all applications, even for the control of various clipping machines.
