The Foodlogistik Comfort 105 / 112 meat dicing machine is the next step up from the very popular Classic 96. This Comfort 112 dicer has a large throughput of 2100kg per hour is built to Foodlogistik's normal high quality and comes as standard with a 5 x 5mm multigrid cutting set, which enables the operator to produce dice of multiples of 5mm (ie. 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 etc etc).
The Comfort 112 has a pre-compression as standard which gives the best cutting action on the market today. The dicers chamber is a large 112 x 112x 530mm.
