The new Ubert Softline series of deli display cabinets feature 1 & 1/3GN depth, LED lighting and top heat with seperately adjustable infrared radiators.
Hot deli cabinets with curved panoramic front glass in the depth of 1+1/3 GN. Modern LED lighting specialised in product presentation, individually controllable. Gentle circulating air. Front panel swivels upwards for easy loading and cleaning. Support by special gas lifts that hold the front glass in any position. Thermostatic control of the recirculation air temperature, with controlled air humidification. Interior mirrored glass doors for double food presentation. All models are equipped with a cutting board on the operator side and drawers for carving utensils and other utensils as standard.
All other accessories and inserts, such as intermediate racks, GN pans, flat stainless steel shelves or granite shelves, are available at extra cost.
