The Blue Seal Turbofan E31 D4 is Blue Seal's new version of the E31 convection oven of the past.

The E31 D4 convection oven now has a new control panel with digital display time and temperature controls.

The new model convection oven has been designed to be a versatile performance oven with the following features:
