The Blue Seal E28 M4 Turbofan convection oven is one of the newly desgined Blue Seal ovens. With a fresh, contemporary, smart design looks superior in any front of house application.

The convection oven is capable of holding a maximum of 4 trays with a gap between them of 80mm. The controls are all manual and the thermostat can be set between 50 and 260C. 

The E28M4 convection oven enables you to achieve consistent results and evenness of cooking and baking.
