The Kolbe AWM52-240 mixer grinder is an industrial mixer grinder with a hopper capacity of 220 litres or approx. 200kgs of product.
The AWM52-240 mixer grinder is constructed to Kolbe's high standards of engineering in quality stainless steel, and has be built to last. The mixer grinder is capable of a throughout of upto 3000kg/h at optimal conditions and dependent on product. This mixer grinder is ideal for the large meat processor or supermarket and comes with the option to link the machine into an already running meat processing line. The mixer grinder comes as standard with a 22kW grind motor which enable the machines to mince meat that is tempered down to as cold as -12 degrees!
The Kolbe mixer grinder also comes with a feeding hopper with access protection frame as standard to allow continuous loading of the machine via a hoist. Variable speed control is also standard on the Kolbe mixer grinder. The option of a hoist is available at an extra charge.
Inside the hopper you will find a large feed worm that slowly reverses during the mixing process to ensure all the product in the hopper is mixed consistently.
