The AF50 ham boiler is run off single phase electricity supply and comes as standard on a stand. It features a time-clock facility to enable the customer to set the water cooker to start in the evening when the cost of electricity is at its lowest.
The ham boiler works by cooking the product at lower temperatures and for longer periods of time to allow for less product shrinkage and a more evenly cooked product.
The AF50 water cooker can be used with cooking bags which allow you to cook a variety of products all at one time.
